POSITION TITLE:    Custodian

REPORTS TO:         Supervisor

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 260 day contract with benefits 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma
• Experience working in cleaning, construction, maintenance position(s).
• Able to operate personal computer and/or laptop computer
• Highly motivated able to coordinate multiple tasks at one time.
• Self-starter; able to work independently.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height occasionally.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Hours vary throughouth the year
2. Sanitize, clean, empty trash and other general housekeeping duties
3. Possible snow removal duties

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Maintain confidentiality
2. Attend meetings and training as directed.
3. Present and communicate in a professional manner.
4. Work additional hours or overtime as directed.
5. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
